The Gerth family has been farming this area for generations, and today, that tradition lives on through a shared vision between brother and sister. We are proud to steward this land together. With five children between our two homes, our daily work is driven by a simple goal: to honor our family heritage while building a vibrant future for the next generation.

We have always cherished the handcrafted. It’s a passion that spans from the fine arts to our kitchens. You can taste that intentionality in the patient rise of our sourdough, the crunch of our small-batch ferments, and the pure maple syrup we harvest every spring.

This past summer, we turned a new leaf by planting our first block of grapes. This wasn't just a business decision; it was inspired by the deep relationships we’ve built with Wisconsin wineries and a desire to capture the unique, peaceful "feel" that only a vineyard can bring to a landscape. By adding these vines, we aren't just growing fruit—we are adding lasting value to our land and creating a beautiful space for our families and community to enjoy for years to come.
